Concerning the continuation of the regulation of vessels by the department of natural resources.

Currently, machine- or sail-powered vessels are required to be annually registered with the department of natural resources.

The automatic termination date of the registration and regulation of vessels by the department of natural resources is extended until September 1, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of the sunset law.
