Senator Gardner, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 23-091,
concerning requiring select mental health services to be covered for Medicaid
members under 21 who have mental health risk factors and instructs the
Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to
explore opportunities to integrate risk factors
into screening tools.
