Majority Leader Moreno,
sponsor, presented Senate Bill 23-008, which was on the table for action
only. The bill concerns opportunities for youth involvement in the
review of the state's education standards. Senator Moreno provided
an overview of the bill and distributed amendments L.001 and L.002 (Attachments
A and B). He explained the amendments.
