Sens. Zenzinger and Van Winkle introduced Senate Bill 23-049. The bill changes the criteria to qualify for the special mobile machinery registration exemption such that owners of any amount of special mobile machinery may qualify. The sponsors answered committee questions.

Ms. Heather Cobler, representing the Department of Revenue - Division of Motor Vehicles, was available to answer committee questions.
