Senator Kirkmeyer and Majority Leader Rodriguez, co-prime sponsors, introduced and explained Senate Bill 24-095 Air Quality Ozone Levels. The bill addresses high ozone levels in the Front Range through a variety of mechanisms, including creating a voucher program, repealing a tax credit, creating a rebate program, modifying an existing grant program, and requiring air quality studies.
