Rep. McLachlan and
Assistant Minority Leader T. Winter introduced Senate Bill 24-099. The
bill adds rural superintendents and principals to the list of allowed retirees
who may return to work for school district without a redution in retirement
benefits. The
sponsors answered some committee questions.
