The bill concerns concerns the content of material available in libraries and requires notice of challenged material to be published on the internet, establishes a process for reconsideration of challenged material, and prevents discrimination in a library's displays, acquisition standards, public meeting spaces, and retention policies. The co-sponsors distributed and explained amendment L.007 (Attachment G).
