prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 24-1029, concerning prohibiting
the ownership of certain property interests by covered foreign persons
that are not located in the United States. The bill prohibits covered foreign
persons from owning certain property interests in Colorado and requires
that persons obtaining property ownership register with the Secretary of
State
