Senator Gardner called the meeting to order.

Jerry Barry, Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained the First Report of First Conference Committee on SB18-015 (Attachment A).  Committee members discussed time frames and indemnifying a sheriff in property rights cases.  They also discussed other technical changes.
