The conference committee returned to order. Speaker Duran, chair, provided background on the process observed by the conference committee at the last meeting, and explained how the conference committee would act going forward. She explained the effect of draft conference committee report CLHB1256.004 (Attachment A). Discussion ensued regarding the merits of the draft report.
