Senator Fields called the conference committee on Senate Bill 23-088, sentence served before parole and notify victim, to order.   She proceeded to explain the need for the conference committtee. 

Conrad Imel, Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained CLSB088.001, the first report on first conference committee on SB23-088 (Attachment A).

Committee discussion followed about the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice not being reauthorized. 

Further discussion ensued about the bill and importance of safety plans for victims of crimes.
