Reps. Kipp and Caitlin introduced Senate Bill 24-051. The bill clarifies the authority to establish high school graduation requirements for diplomas offered by colleges. The bill also allows funds for the Adult Literacy Program to be spent until FY 2028-29. The sponsors answered several committee questions.
