Commissioner Espenoza
asked that the commission consider making the approved amendments to last
year's enacted bill to bring it into conformance with new amendments adopted
by the Uniform Law Commission. |

Commissioner McGihon
pointed out that a motion for drafting a bill was needed. Commissioner
Espenoza then amended her motion to include drafting the act as a commission
bill, introducing it in the House with late bill status, and with Commissioner
Espenoza as prime sponsor. Commissioner Gardner seconded the motion and
it passed without objection.
