Matt Devlin, Deputy State Auditor, Office of the State Auditor, introduced himself and explained the auditor's responsibilities for the SMART Act and the role of the Auditor's Office.

Nina Frant, Audit Manager, Office of the State Auditor, discussed the Auditor's report on regulation of title insurance companies. Cindi Radke, Audit Manager, Office of the State Auditor, discussed the Status of Outstanding Audit Recommendations, which is required to be presented each year to the committee.
