Senator Zenzinger, bill sponsor, explained SB18-090 concerning modernization of language in statutory sections concerning "rights of married women." The bill replaces references to "rights of married women" to the "rights of married persons" to be more inclusive.
Senator Zenzinger distributed a technical amendment (Attachment B) that inserts the corresponding bill number in the bill text. The bill number was not known when the bill was originally drafted.
