Senators Todd and Crowder, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 18-137 which concerns extending the Colorado Student Leaders Institute (COSLI).

Isabella McCarty, representing herself as a COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.

Emma Logan, representing herself as a COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.  

The previous two witnesses answered questions from the committee.

Austin Chavez, representing himself as a former COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.

Celeste Archer, Executive Direcotr of COSLI, spoke in support of the bill and answered questions from the committee.  She distributed several handouts about the program (Attachments A through C), as well as written testimony from three COSLI students (Attachments D through F).

Hagan Archer, representing himself as a COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.

Ezekiel Coventry, representing himself as a COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.

Charlie Grow, representing himself as a COSLI student, spoke in support of the bill.

Matt Kaspari, member of the Friends of COSLI Board, spoke in support of the bill.

Former Senator Andy Kerr, representing himself, spoke in support of the bill.
