Representatives Jackson and Caraveo, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 20-204 to the committee.  The bill creates the TABOR-exempt Air Quality Enterprise in the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to conduct air quality modeling, monitoring, assessment, data analysis, and research and to provide its data to fee payers and state regulators.
