bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1119 to the committee. The
bill requires the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission in the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to establish a certificate
of registration for any facility or fire department that possess perfluoroalkyl
and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
