Representative A. Valdez and Representative Roberts, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 20-039. The bill requires that any state-owned facility constructed, renovated, remodeled, or acquired after the bill's effective date use updated accessibility signage depicting an accessible icon with a forward-leaning dynamic character showing a sense of movement.  Representative Roberts provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A). Representative A. Valdez and Representative Roberts answered questions from the committee.
