Representative Mullica, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 20-1266, concerning the modification of the requirements for the sale of fireworks for transport by the purchaser pursuant to an exporter of fireworks license.  The bill eliminates the ability of exporters of fireworks to sell certain fireworks for transport in the purchaser's vehicle if the purchaser has a driver license from another state and owns a vehicle in another state.  If the purchaser displays a valid wholesale or retail license number or re-sale license number certain fireworks may be sold to the individual.
