Representative Van Winkle presented House Bill 20B-1022 to the committee on behalf of Representative Neville, the bill sponsor.  The bill creates a state income tax credit for a taxpayer that incurred costs as a result of suspended in-person learning or had to provide care for a child and experienced loss of income for at lease four weeks during the pandemic.
