Senator Lee, bill sponsor, presented House Bill 21-1215 concerning the expansion of the justice reinvestment crime prevention initiative, and, in connection therewith, creating a small business grant program for the justice-system-involved persons and making an appropriation. 

Christie Donner, representing the Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coaltion, testified in support of the bill.

Mayor Phillip Rico, representing City of Trinidad , testified in support of the bill.

Danny Ballesteros, representing self, testified in support of the bill.

Juaquin Mobley, representing Community Works, testified in support of the bill.
