The committee came to order.  Representatives McCluskie and Will, co-prime bill sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 21-166 to the committee.  The bill creates the Colorado Coordinated Regional Mutual Aid System (CCRMAS) to provide regional and statewide coordinated response for emergency incidents.
