Representatives Michaelson Jenet and Baisley, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1014 concerning the ability of a person to voluntarily disclose disability information to the Department of Revenue.  The bill proposes a discreet identifying disability symbol be added to a person's driver license or identification card if requested.  According to the bill, the disability information would be immediately available to a peace officer.
