Senators Fenberg
and Rankin presented Senate Bill 21-166 to the committee. The bill
creates the Colorado Coordinated Regional Mutual Aid System to provide
regional and statewide coordinated response for emergency incidents. The
bill requires annual transfers of General Fund money for statewide fire
suppression efforts. Written testimony on the bill is included as
