prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 25-1193, concerning the creation
of the "Vote Transparency Protocol Act." The bill creates a new
process for voter registration and voter verification by requiring the
use of distributed ledger voting for all statewide elections. Representative
Suckla requested the bill be postponed indefinitely. |
