Representative Titone, prime sponsor, introduced House Bill 22-1239, concerning the regulation of community association managers by the Division of Real Estate in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.  The bill requires licensing for business entities managing associations.  Licensure of community association managers repeals, according to the bill, on September 1, 2029.
