Concerning a correction to the rate of reimbursement that an out-of-network health care provider is entitled to receive from a health insurance carrier for services provided to a covered person at an in-network facility when the health care provider submits a claim to the carrier within the specified time period to conform with existing law.

Concerning a requirement that the director of research of the legislative council convene a working group to conduct an analysis of the state tax system used by the department of revenue, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.
Concerning the continuation of the standing efficiency accountability committee, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendations contained in the 2018 sunset report by the department of regulatory agencies.
The legislature will meet in limited session on Monday, March 30th. The Capitol will be open for the duration of the session for those with essential business related to the session. The building will not be available for public tours. People without essential business are encouraged to access the session through the General Assembly website and Colorado Channel. Anybody with essential business related to the session will be required to practice appropriate social distancing measures.
