David Gallivan, Division of Workers' Compensation in the Department of Labor and Employment, introduced Mr. Roger Hayes, who has been reappointed to the Uninsured Employer Board.

Mr. Roger Hayes, appointee to the Uninsured Employer Board, came to the table.  The appointment letter may be found in Attachment A.  His application and resume is available at the State Archives.  Mr. Hayes introduced himself and discussed his role on the board.
