She reviewed the various documents posted in the Legislative Council Box account as well as those located in the binder of hard copy materials mailed to members. She explained that the Executive Committee previously approved the language to be included in the Blue Book regarding the fiscal information for Proposition EE. Ms. Mullis talked about the Blue Book mailing process and answered questions from the committee.
