Speaker Duran, Chair, called the meeting
to order.  She invited Kate Watkins, Chief Economist, Legislative
Council Staff, to begin her presentation on the Taxpayer Bill of Rights
(TABOR) fiscal information in the 2018 Ballot Information Booklet for Amendment
73 and Propositions 109 and 110.  Ms. Watkins distributed three memorandums
to the committee [Attachments A, B, and C].
