Speaker Hullinghorst, chair, called the meeting to order. Mike Mauer, Director, Legislative Council Staff, presented the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights (TABOR) fiscal information for Initiative 143 (Attachment A) and Amendment 69 (Attachment B). He stated that state law requires the Executive Committee to provide the fiscal information that must be included in the ballot information book for matters arising under TABOR.
