01:45 PM -- 2.a. Uniform Voidable Transactions Act Amendments (2014), LLS 16-0127

01:49 PM -- Commissioner Morris reported on a conference call with members of the act’s Uniform Law Commission (ULC) drafting committee, stating that the consensus of the committee was that the elimination of a choice of law provision or to adopt a nonstandard choice of law provision would prevent this act from being considered uniform. The commission discussed the feasibility of not addressing the choice of law in the act and proceeding with the bill or not moving forward with it at this time.
