Representative Thurlow, sponsor, introduced House Bill 17-1058. The bill, recommended by the Statutory Revision Committee, repeals various reporting requirements for the Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA) that are scheduled for repeal. Additionally, it indefinitely continues reporting requirements contained in various statutory sections.
Representative Thurlow provided a handout to the committee (Attachment B) and a copy of amendment L.001 (Attachment C).
