Natalie Mullis, Legislative Council Staff, discussed the responsibilities of the Executive Committee of the General Assembly and the Legislative Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Recovery Committee (LEPRRC) under the COOP in the event of an emergency.  Ms. Mullis responded to questions from the committee.
