Hisey, co-prime sponsors explained HB20B-1003 concerning changes to the
food pantry assistance grant program, and, in connection therewith, making
an appropriation.  The senators discussed the increased need for food
assistance across the state.  They further noted that food banks are
struggling to keep up with demand.
