Representatives Zokaie and Willford, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-144: Change Paid Family Medical Leave Insurance Program. The bill extends the duration a parent with a child receiving inpatient care in a neonatal intensive care unit may receive FAMLI benefits, and makes changes to premium amounts collected from employees. The sponsors distributed Amendment L006  (Attachment E) and answered questions from members of the committee.

Mr. David Gallivan, representing the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment - FAMLI division, was available to answer committee questions.
