Mr. Follenweider
gave an overview of the legislation DPA is proposing. Their proposition
included eliminating the statutory requirements that "salaries for
employees paid through the State's payroll system shall be paid twice a
month" in Section 24-50-104 (8)(b), C.R.S.
The committee
asked questions to clairfy the proposed legislation and what the budget
request entails.
