legislation, LLS No. 22-0927, concerning "Retaining Percentage of
Fed Child Support Payments".  CDHS representatives included:
Larry Desbien, Director Division, Child Support Services; Susie Gager,
Automated Child Support Enforcement System (ACSES) Service Delivery Manager;
and Emily Hanson, Legislative Liaison.

moved to introduce LLS. No. 22-0927, (with amended date change on page
3, line 25, changing "2024" to "2025"), retaining percentage
of federal child support payments, as a Joint Technology Committee bill.
Representative Titone offered to be the House sponsor for the bill, with
Representative Baisely as the co-prime sponsor. Senator Kolker will be
the prime sponsor in the Senate. Representative Bernett will also co-sponsor
the bill in the House.  The bill will be drafted with a petition clause,
with the bill drafter being given permission to make technical changes.
The bill will originate in the House.  The draft bill text can be
