Director of Legislative Affairs for the Department of Natural Resources,
and Mark Leslie, Northeast Regional Manager for Colorado Parks and Wildlife
(CPW), provided an overview for a property transaction proposal for a utility
easement at the Wellington State Wildlife Area.  Committee members
received a write-up on the project from CDC staff (Attachment C).  Ms.
Horgan provided an overview of the project, and Mr. Leslie provided additional
details on the project.  Mr. Leslie responded to questions regarding
what the water utility services at the state wildlife area.
