Representatives Tipper and Carver, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 22-1226, concerning the continuation of licensing requirements for massage therapists, and, in connection therewith, implementing the recommendations of the 2021 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agences.  Representative Tipper explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative Carver discussed a forthcoming amendment.
