Director, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), provided an overview
of the activities of the agency and their role in regulating certain industries.
She discussed the agency's priorities for improving service to the state
over the next fiscal year.  Ms. Salazar responded to comments from
the committee.

Utilities Commission, discussed the State of 911 Report.  A presentation
to the Joint Business committees each year is required by statute.  He
responded to questions from the committee.
