Representative Hooton moved a that the committee draft a bill to study community choice aggregation.  The motion passed 4-2, with Representative Getiner and Senator Hisey voting in the negative.

Representative Kennedy moved that the committee draft a bill on the funding of energy assistance programs.  The motion passed by a vote of 5-1, with Representative Geitner voting in the negative.
