Manager for Department of Early Childhood (DEC), Jonathan Sibray, IT Director,
Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT), and Michael Cooke, Early
Childhood Transition Director, presented to the committee. The presentation
focused on leadership updates, local coordinating organizations, the Universal
