Ms. Cindi Radke and Mr. Matt Devlin, representing the Office of the State Auditor, came to the table to update the committee on outstanding audit recommendations for the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT).

Ms. Radke continued by discussing the specific outstanding OIT audit requirements. She noted that in the last several years, OSA has seen a reduction in the number of outstanding audit requirements. Mr. Devlin answered a committee question regarding an the OSA process for following up with executive agencies regarding audit recommendations.

Ms. Sarah Wager, representing the Colorado Department of Human Services (DHS), came to the table to discuss the department's two supplemental requests. DHS is requesting federal funds spending authority for two projects: the Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) Enhancement project and the Modernizing the Child Welfare Case Management System (TRAILS) project. She answered a committee question about the reduction in operating funds for the CHATS project.
