Senator Rankin discussed the Governor's budget request, noting that the request came from the previous administration. He described the JBC's budget process. Senator Rankin referenced the FY 2019-20 Staff Budget Briefing Summary, which is available online here: http://leg.colorado.gov/publications/fy-2019-20-staff-budget-briefing-summary  The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) budget begins on page 71 of the summary.
