Senator Priola presented House Bill 18-1044, which changes the duties and membership of the Colorado Children's Trust Fund board.  The committee heard testimony on the bill on February 21, 2018.

Senator Priola presented amendments L.011 and L.012 [Attachments B and C], which reduce the size of the board and limit the board's ability to use its powers for political purposes.
