Senator Moreno, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 20-1201, concerning providing home owners in a mobile home park the opportunity to purchase the park under specified circumstances.  Senator Ginal read some public testimony. Senator Ginal responded to questions regarding the scope of certain restrictions in mobile home parks. Discussion ensued regarding a clause in the bill concerning the assignment of the right to purchase a mobile home park.
