Senator Gardner, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-182, concerning a limitation on the obligation to cover damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident when uninsured motorist insurance may cover the same damages. Senator Gardner discussed a situation that would be effected by the bill.
