Senator Crowder presented House Bill 18-1242, which changes the salary categorization of Grand, Rio Grande, Saguache, and Jackson counties and increases the salaries of elected county officials in these counties on an ongoing basis. Senator Crowder distributed Amendment L.001 [Attachment A], a packet of letters in support of the bill [Attachment B], and a fact sheet about the bill from Colorado Counties, Inc. [Attachment C]. Senator Crowder responded to committee questions.
